Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

1. Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. Assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
3. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
4. Follow all food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
5. Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone, respond promptly to calls.
6. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and store products in appropriate temperature zones.
7. Scan, bag, and organize orders, adhering to bagging standards and maintaining cleanliness.
8. Follow policies for substitutions and handle discrepancies or issues with equipment or pricing.
9. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
10. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly and professionally.
11. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
