Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers them to customers' cars. They scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure quality and freshness of items. They respond professionally to customer calls, verify order accuracy, and load orders into vehicles.
The role requires adherence to safety, food handling laws, and company policies. Responsibilities also include maintaining organization, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, performing opening and closing procedures, training new team members, and meeting productivity standards.
Candidate skills include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts non-confrontationally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers with special needs. Reasonable accommodations should be available for essential job functions.
