Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders following all standards while on the go.
4. Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
5. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Follow all laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
7. Receive, store, and ensure the quality and freshness of products.
8. Respond professionally and promptly to customer calls via portable phone.
9. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
10. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
11. Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
12. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
13. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
14. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
15. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
16. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
17. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
18. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
