Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following all standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
• Receive and store products from the Order Selector, ensuring optimal temperature storage.
• Read and follow specific instructions, ensuring quality and freshness of all items.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally and promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
