Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate any substitutions or exceptions at pick-up.
• Follow all bagging standards and ensure order accuracy.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensure quality and freshness, and follow all safety and legal guidelines.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phones and respond promptly.
• Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring satisfaction and accuracy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking help when needed.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
