Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete selection processes for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

You will also be responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness, following safety and legal guidelines, and supporting new team members. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and assist diverse customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
