Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. The role includes scanning and bagging items while adhering to standards, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality.
The associate must follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines, manage temperature zones, and respond professionally to customer communications. Responsibilities also include maintaining organization, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, performing opening and closing procedures, assisting in training, and meeting productivity standards. The ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers with special needs is essential.
