Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection process for online customer orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions at pickup.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness of all items.
4. Follow all safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
5. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
6. Interact professionally with customers via portable phones, responding promptly to inquiries.
7. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring satisfaction and accuracy.
8. Process orders through the POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
9. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
10. Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
11. Manage conflicts calmly and act with honesty and integrity regarding all information.
12. Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
