Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customer vehicles.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
13. Manage conflicts and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or stock roles, or as a cashier.
