Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, you will:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with safety and food handling regulations.
5. Support training new team members and uphold productivity standards.
6. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
7. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, providing excellent service.
