Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete order selection for online customers.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards; communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process transactions via POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
