Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal conditions, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Respond professionally to customer calls via portable phones.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide positive customer service experiences.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organized, clean staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
