Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work independently.

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

Responsibilities include:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness are met or exceeded.
• Follow all food safety laws, guidelines, and policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Read and follow instructions carefully.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Follow procedures for out-of-stock substitutions.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
