Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Minimum requirements include:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Preferred previous experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Key responsibilities:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, ensuring quality and freshness
• Initiate and complete the order selection process
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pickup
• Scan and bag items following standards
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety laws, guidelines, and policies
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues
• Perform opening and closing procedures, learn new processes, and assist in training new team members
• Meet productivity standards and perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
