Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars during customer pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer calls.
• Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Report equipment issues and discrepancies.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in high-paced environments.

Qualifications
