Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following safety and food handling laws, storing products properly, reading and following notes, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Associates must communicate professionally with customers, manage order discrepancies, report equipment issues, and assist in training new team members. They should meet productivity standards and operate cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly and acting with honesty and integrity.
This role requires the ability to support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations should be provided when necessary.
