Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
4. Follow all bagging standards and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
5. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
7. Ensure order accuracy and proper storage of products.
8. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
9. Perform POS transactions and manage substitutions for out-of-stock items.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Achieve productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.

Desired Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
