Job Description:

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Follow bagging standards and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
6. Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
7. Ensure order accuracy and quality, and respond professionally to customer communications.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles is desirable.
