Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, focusing on quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Follow instructions for storing and handling products.
• Use POS systems to process transactions.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Salary Range: $19.25 - $25.35 per hour.
