Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety as core company values.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow bagging standards and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and read shelf tags.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Experience in shopping, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles is preferred.
