Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selections for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, inspect equipment, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working efficiently in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity. Support for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults is also essential. Reasonable accommodations are available to perform essential job functions.
