Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
4. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
5. Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
6. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring quality and freshness.
7. Process orders through POS, handle substitutions, and maintain cleanliness.
8. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
9. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
10. Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
11. Manage conflicts calmly and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
