Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. The role includes scanning and bagging orders, following bagging standards, and communicating substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.
Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and legal standards, and following instructions for storage and handling of products. The role also involves customer communication, order processing via POS, managing out-of-stock substitutions, and supporting team training.
The ideal candidate can work efficiently in a high-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support diverse customer needs, including minors and seniors. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential functions.
