Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow note instructions, and respond professionally to customer calls.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into cars, and process transactions via POS system.
• Determine suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items following policy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and follow directions.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
