Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders, following all bagging standards.
• Communicate order substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all applicable laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow notes and instructions carefully.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally and promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy, retrieve orders from staging areas, and load into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
