Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into cars when customers arrive for pickup. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders in-store.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders efficiently while adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness of all items.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and follow specific instructions noted in orders.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty.
