Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicate order substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a seamless shopping experience with attention to variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws and company policies.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow note instructions for orders.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
