Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through POS systems and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts constructively and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
