Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.

You will ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, follow safety and food handling laws, and store products properly. Communicate professionally with customers via phone, respond to inquiries promptly, and support team training. Meet productivity standards, work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, and handle conflicts calmly. You must act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.
