Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking an Online Order Fulfillment Associate to prepare online orders with speed and accuracy while delivering top-notch customer service. You will stay up-to-date on product selection and standards, identify substitutions, and ensure correct checkout totals.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum age 16 years; 21 years in Louisiana where applicable.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online customer orders by selecting products with speed and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and stay current on product selection and standards.
• Identify item out-of-stocks and suggest substitutions of similar value.
• Ensure accurate checkout totals by weighing, pricing, and scanning items.
• Maintain food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness of orders.
• Support customers with online orders and respond to questions or concerns.
