Qualifications

• Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 16 years of age; different requirements may apply by state.
• Ability to learn order-picking software and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online customer orders by selecting items accurately and efficiently.
• Identify substitutions and assist customers with special requests.
• Maintain proper packaging, temperatures, and order readiness for pickup.
