Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking teammates to prepare online customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will select quality products, provide excellent customer service, and stay up-to-date on product selection and standards to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Knowledge of food quality and temperature standards preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn new technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares online orders by selecting products accurately and efficiently.
• Identifies out-of-stock items and suggests substitutions where appropriate.
• Ensures correct checkout totals by weighing, scanning, and pricing items.
• Maintains product knowledge and food safety standards for quality.
• Applies proper handling, storage, and organization of orders for pickup.
