You will help lead a team responsible for picking, staging, and dispensing customer orders while upholding high standards of service and accuracy.

You will partner with the Home Shopping Manager to optimize scheduling, staffing, and process improvements, ensuring fast, reliable order fulfillment and a positive customer experience across

Responsibilities

• Direct daily eCommerce operations and assist the Home Shopping Manager.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Home Shopping associates.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and workload distribution.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
• Ensure online orders are picked, staged, and prepared accurately.
• Monitor fulfillment processes to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional service to online customers during pickup and delivery.
• Monitor department performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Ensure product availability and proper handling of refrigerated, frozen, and perishable items.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and cleanliness across staging and pickup areas.
