Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Home Shopping Manager to support daily eCommerce and online grocery operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will help drive order fulfillment, customer service and associate development to ensure accurate, high‑quality orders delivered on time.

In this role you’ll coach and schedule Home Shopping associates, monitor productivity, and implement action plans to improve service levels and operational efficiency while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce operations or online grocery is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coaching and development.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home shopping and eCommerce operations.
• Ensure online orders are picked, packed, staged and delivered on time.
• Monitor workflows and staffing to meet service levels.
• Support promotions, digital programs and process improvements.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce out-of-stocks.
