Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia seeks an Interactive Gaming Analyst to drive performance and profitability of the online gaming platform in Pennsylvania.

You will analyze player behavior, translate data trends into actionable strategies, and optimize campaigns to boost acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Collaborating with marketing, finance, compliance, and partners, you ensure regulatory compliance and a seamless user experience while maximizing conversions through data-driven

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in online real-money gaming or online gambling.
• 4-year degree in a quantitative or managerial field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles internet gaming reports and analyzes activity to track trends.
• Assists in marketing strategies for CRM and retention activities.
• Executes email campaigns including list extraction, creative, copy, and delivery to customers.
• Maintains knowledge of PA gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Reviews marketing promotions for regulatory compliance with platform providers and regulators.
• Supports testing of new games/skins for regulatory compliance and usability standards.
• Assists with monthly/quarterly casino communications and campaign reporting.
• Monitors campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI across customer lifecycle.
• Tracks data segmentation and KPIs for business units.
