Happy Valley Casino in State College, PA is seeking a Player Analytics & Database Analyst to join the Marketing and Analytics team. This role supports data-driven decision making through customer analytics, loyalty program management, and BI reporting, translating data into actionable insights that boost engagement and revenue.

Reporting to the Database Manager, you will build dashboards, perform segmentation, integrate data from gaming and POS systems, and help design targeted campaigns in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, CS, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in database marketing, analytics, BI, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data visualization.
• Experience with Oracle databases and Linux environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and PM skills.
• Gaming or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and loyalty initiatives through data analysis and segmentation.
• Plan and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns within the SYNKROS system.
• Maintain promotional calendars and marketing configurations in SYNKROS.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and data privacy.
