Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Minnesota. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, and provide friendly, professional service throughout the day.

You may work in various departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Flooring, and more. The role includes stocking, order processing, and helping customers at checkout in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stay on feet and perform duties for long periods
• Minimum lift 25 lbs, with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
