Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Associate in Minnesota to welcome shoppers, answer questions, and help them find the right home improvement products. You will engage with customers throughout the day and assist with product selection.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other store areas to ensure top-notch service. Bilingual skills are a plus; Lowe's offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or inputting information.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
