Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for an associate role in Minnesota focused on order fulfillment and customer service. You will pick, stage, and ship customer orders, validate requests, and connect customers with the right associates.

Formación

• Requires basic computer proficiency with input, access, and output functions.
• Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Certified powered equipment: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required or must be obtained).

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain certified powered equipment safely.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management, reporting issues promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
