Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered for the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in student services or higher education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary customer service for prospective and current students and families.
• Counsel and advise on scholarship policies, criteria and procedures.
• Support scholarship awarding and disbursement processes with various offices.
• Maintain scholarship files and ensure audit readiness.
• Represent LSU at orientations and recruitment events; train call center staff.
