Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Manager, Faculty Operations to coordinate and facilitate faculty operations for the Online MSN-Direct Entry program. The role supports teaching excellence, faculty development, and compliance with accreditation standards.

You will manage faculty scheduling, onboarding, and resource access, track development and compliance, and serve as a main contact for operational needs. This position reports to the Program Chair and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with faculty management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty teaching schedules, classroom assignments, and coverage for absences.
• Assist with faculty onboarding, orientation, and training logistics.
• Provide guidance to faculty on the use of institutional technology and resources.
• Assist faculty in accessing instructional materials, technology support, and student information systems.
• Conduct classroom observation process in alignment with SOPs.
• Ensure pre-term and end-of-term course activities are completed in conjunction with SOPs.
