Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Manager, Faculty Operations to coordinate and facilitate faculty operations within the Online MSN-Direct Entry program, supporting teaching and learning environments and faculty development.

Responsibilities include scheduling, onboarding, access to resources, training logistics, SOP-aligned activities, and collaboration with the Department Chair and Academic Dean.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing required.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with faculty management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty teaching schedules, classroom assignments, and coverage for absences.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training logistics for faculty.
• Guide faculty on the use of institutional technology and resources.
• Support access to instructional materials, tech support, and student information systems.
• Conduct classroom observation per SOPs and ensure course activities meet deadlines.
