Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Manager of Faculty Operations to support the Online MSN-Direct Entry program. You will coordinate faculty scheduling, onboarding, and access to resources, while ensuring compliant and high-quality teaching environments.

This role partners with the Program Chair and Academic Dean to foster collaboration and scholarly activity. The position emphasizes faculty development, SOP-aligned processes, and effective communication across departments to support accreditation

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing.
• 3 years of experience as a faculty member at an institution of higher education.
• Online teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty teaching schedules, classroom assignments, and coverage for absences.
• Assist with faculty onboarding, orientation, and training logistics.
• Provide guidance to faculty on the use of institutional technology and resources.
• Assist faculty in accessing instructional materials, technology support, and student information systems.
• Conduct classroom observation process in alignment with university SOPs.
• Ensure pre-term and end-of-term course activities are completed in conjunction with university SOPs.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment among faculty.
