Job summary

OU Education Services in Norman, OK is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead a team of Enrollment Coaches, manage the enrollment pipeline, and ensure a student-first experience in online learning.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, you will coach staff, align with OU expectations, and optimize processes across CRM, outreach, and documentation to support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of enrollment experience; leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to coach performance with clear expectations and follow-up.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, enrollment reporting, telephony tools.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enrollment Coaches.
• Set expectations for daily execution, outreach quality, and documentation.
• Monitor pipeline health and ensure consistent enrollment processes.
• Ensure accurate use of Salesforce, telephony systems, and reporting tools.
• Forecast enrollment activity and drive continuous improvement.
