Job summary

Learning Network is seeking a dedicated English Learner educator to guide students through a structured online curriculum with daily, proactive outreach. In this student-facing role you will build strong relationships, deliver targeted ELD instruction, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback and support from a remote setting.

The position requires a teaching license, EL endorsement, and comfort with proctoring testing locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in EL required.
• Valid teaching license with Multilingual Learner endorsement required.
• 2+ years teaching English Learners in K-12 (online or in-person) required.

Responsibilities

• Build daily connections to keep students motivated and engaged.
• Deliver daily ELD instruction aligned to proficiency levels.
• Analyze student data to identify gaps and intervene in real time.
• Monitor engagement and progress with timely interventions.
• Provide prompt grading and meaningful feedback to support growth.
