The Supreme Court of Ohio, Office of the Judicial College, seeks an Education Program Manager E-Learning to design, develop, implement, and administer online curricula using the LMS.

Responsibilities include course development, maintenance, needs assessment, evaluation, LMS support, budget management, and integrating new technology for judicial education. Requires degree in instructional design and at least two years of online education experience; Columbus-based.

Formación

• Requires bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult learning, education, instructional technology, business or public administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree in same fields strongly preferred.
• Requires two years experience in online, live, blended, and/or hybrid educational programs for adults using adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Experience in a legal field and/or environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Online Course Development: plan, design, and develop online courses with visuals and interactive tasks.
• Course Maintenance: keep online courses up-to-date and high quality.
• Needs Assessment: conduct assessments with Court staff to design courses for specific populations.
• Evaluation and Improvement: analyze feedback to refine courses.
• LMS Support: assist in course setup, testing, and troubleshooting in LMS.
• Budget & Financial: estimate costs, monitor expenses, align with plans.
• Technological Support: plan and troubleshoot AV at live educational events.
