Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and revision of asynchronous online courses, aimed at working adults, in partnership with OSU instructors and edtech colleagues.

You will apply instructional design principles, evidence-based practices, and agile team methods to deliver high-quality online programs, with autonomous work and cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4 years of online/blended course design and curriculum development experience.
• Experience with LMS analytics and reporting, and course production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and revision of asynchronous online courses for working adults.
• Collaborate with OSU instructors and edtech colleagues to align course design with academic goals.
• Apply evidence-based instructional design principles and agile project-management approaches.
