The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Lecturer (SEM) to teach General Education courses (1201, 2601, 4001) in both face-to-face and online formats from Ohio. Under supervision of Senior Director and course coordinator, you will prepare, grade, and provide student feedback, and participate in teaching support programming.

Master’s degree and demonstrated teaching effectiveness are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, relevant college teaching experience, and evidence of teaching effectiveness required.
• Candidates should demonstrate efforts in teaching, research, and/or outreach that reflect Ohio State’s Shared Values.

Responsibilities

• Instructors teach sections of GenEd 1201, 2601, or 4001 including synchronous sessions.
• Class prep, grading, and timely responses to student work.
• Engage in professional development and teaching support programming.
