Job summary

Cleveland State University is seeking a Coordinator of Online Education to lead and manage online programs across the School of Nursing. The position emphasizes building strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring program quality, and aligning online offerings with accreditation and department standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in leading project and/or program management in area of expertise.
• Experience with the accreditation approval process, curriculum development and revision.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an optimal learning environment for students in the assigned college.
• Lead and support undergraduate and graduate online programs through collaboration with administration, faculty, and staff.
• Promote positive outcomes related to student admissions, retention, and progression in online programs.
• Serve as liaison between the assigned college and Online Program Manager partners.
• Ensure compliance with department regulations and applicable standards.
• Perform other functionally related duties as assigned.
