Job description

More about the role :
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and simple tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
  • Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
  • TurboBonus Boost: Enjoy a $5.00 per hour bonus from April 9th to 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, you must work a minimum of 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
  • Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
  • Certification occurs over 3 days.
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; additional hours are welcome.
  • You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with advocacy from an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist).
Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a TurboTax Service Provider, you should be proficient in the following:

  • No specific accounting background required. Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers are ideal.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to clearly and empathetically assist customers with TurboTax products and software.
  • The ability to understand customer needs, drive innovation, and deliver top-tier service is important.
